DJ has light wear. Preface by Douglas Day, Lowry's biographer. Book grew out of a trip Lowry and his wife took in 1945, from Mexico City to Cuernavaca to Oaxaca to Acapulco and back to Mexico City. After a series of dreadful, comic catastrophes in the latter two cities, they were deported to Canada.
