Hardback. The cloth binding has some rubbing and the spine is darkening, the hinges are a little weak but the text is well bound together. There is a library stamp and remains of label on the endpaper. The title leaf has some fingermarks. There is so me foxing to the first and last few leaves, apart from a few marginal pencil no…tes the rest of the text is clean. xliv + 518 +[4].
