Ausführlich werden hierbei die Tatbestandsmerkmale des primärrechtlichen Zweigniederlassungsbegriffs analysiert. Der zweite Teil behandelt die Betriebsstättenbegriffe in den die direkten Steuern betreffenden europäischen Richtlinien.
