This is an actual copy of the booklet format Petition for Writ of Certiorari that was accepted and filed in the Supreme Court of the United States on October 28, 2013. This petition was written by me as a pro se (or self-represented) litigant. Without the use of a lawyer, I learned the Rules of Court and the specific rules for the formatting of this booklet.
