12mo (19x13cm), hardback, xxii + 534pp. Good condition, given age. No dustwrapper. Dark blue with faded gilt lettering, gilt line drawings to spine and front cover, upper edge gilt. General wear, spine extremities bumped and lightly frayed, some flecking, age-toned, foxed, partial label at front pastedown, owner's name penned on… verso of frontispiece which is a little loose but holding on, hinge cracked at title page, rear hinge cracked at lower 4.5cm opposite last page. Text block sound, contents clear and legible. Pictures available on request.

General wear, spine creased, cracked along left front edge with front cover holding on but binding a little fragile, cracked at right rear edge also. Chipped at head… and foot of spine. boards showing through at corners and edges. Age-toned, foxed. Bookseller's label and bookplate at front pastedown. Text block sound, contents clear and legible.
