With a 19th c. note of a Brussels' collector ( F.C.B. ?) on the first paste down. Bound in contemporary overlapping ivory coloured vellum, manuscript title on smooth spine. A very fine copy. Dictionary of the Dutch language with the Latin and French translations. It contains over 40.000 entries. The genesis of this all important work for the Dutch language has been extensively documented by authors such as Max Rooses ( first curator of the Plantin-Moretus Museum), and F.
