James Merrill was a leading twentieth century poet and winner of the Pulitzer Prize. Charles Merrill was his father, husband of Hellen Merrill and founder of the investment firm of Merrill Lynch. Book contains writings by various individuals about the life of James Merrill and things related to him. There are black and white photos throughout. Decently clean pages with no apparent creasing or marginalia; there is very light yellow spotting from age, mostly near the beginning and end. Tan textured end-papers. 103 pp. Lavender and beige cloth cover boards with silver gilt lettering on front and spine. There is visible water stains and some heavy rubbing on the front and edges of the cover. Overall good condition. Full refund if not satisfied.
