The objectives of this work were to study through a series of cases, the clinico-pathological characteristics of CS and to evaluate the correlation of the Ki67 index with the main prognostic factors.A retrospective descriptive study of CS cases over a five-year period was performed.A total of 69 cases were collected. The ki67 index was 20% in 58% of the cases. We found a statistically significant correlation between Ki67 and SBR grade (p=0.02), architectural grade (p=0.05), mitotic grade (p=0.04), estrogen receptor status (p=0.03), progesterone receptor status (p=0.03) and molecular classification (p<10-3).Our study had established that the Ki67 index correlated with many conventional histopronostic factors of CS. This is a further argument for the prognostic role of Ki67 index in SC. 60 pp. Englisch.

Les objectifs de ce travail étaient d'étudier à travers une série de cas, les caractéristiques clinico-pathologiques du CS et d'évaluer la corrélation de l'index Ki67 avec les principaux facteurs pronostiques. Une étude descriptive rétrospective portant sur les cas de CS sur une période de cinq ans a été réalisée. Ont été colligés 69 cas . L'index ki67 était 20% dans 58% des cas. Nous avons trouvé une corrélation statistiquement significative entre le Ki67 et le grade SBR (p=0,02), le grade architectural (p=0,05), le grade mitotique (p=0.04), le statut récepteurs oestrogéniques (p=0,03), le statut récepteurs progestéroniques (p=0,03) et la classification moléculaire (p<10-3).Notre étude avait établi que l'index Ki67 était corrélé à de nombreux facteurs histopronostiques conventionnels du CS. Peu d'études se sont intéressées à la corrélation de… l'index Ki67 avec les facteurs pronostiques conventionnels du CS. Les objectifs de ce travail étaient d'étudier à travers une série de cas, les caractéristiques clinico-pathologiques du CS et d'évaluer la corrélation de l'index Ki67 avec les principaux facteurs pronostiques. Une étude descriptive rétrospective portant sur les cas de CS sur une période de cinq ans a été réalisée. Ont été colligés 69 cas . L'index ki67 était 20% dans 58% des cas. Nous avons trouvé une corrélation statistiquement significative entre le Ki67 et le grade SBR (p=0,02), le grade architectural (p=0,05), le grade mitotique (p=0.04), le statut récepteurs oestrogéniques (p=0,03), le statut récepteurs progestéroniques (p=0,03) et la classification moléculaire (p<10-3).Notre étude avait établi que l'index Ki67 était corrélé à de nombreux facteurs histopronostiques conventionnels du CS. Ceci constitue un argument de plus en faveur du rôle pronostique de l'index Ki67 dans le CS.
