Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book provides a historical account of the Jewish people, focusing on their experiences of persecution and oppression, particularly during the 1648-1660 period in Poland, when they suffered greatly at the hands of Cossack and Tartar forces. The author traces the roots of anti-Semitism in Europe and discusses the social and political conditions that led to the widespread violence against Jewish communities. The book also examines the various responses of the Jewish people to these challenges, including their efforts to rebuild their lives and communities amidst ongoing persecution. The book contributes to a broader understanding of the history of religious and ethnic conflict, and it sheds light on the resilience and adaptability of the Jewish people in the face of adversity. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…
