Soft cover. Condizione: Good. Part oratory, part public policy and part history, this book tells the story of the fourteen men and women who ascended to the Philippine nation's highest public office. 351 pages, the front cover has a crease down the middle of the work and the back cover has several shorter creases. Paging quickly… but carefully through the work no underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no owner names, no remainder marks, no smudges, no foxing was found. There is a slight cock to the right at the upper outer edge of the pages. There are some black & white illustrations, the quality of the paper leaves a lot to be desired, however, I have seen quite a bit worse. At this point no apparent age toning, no loose pages, binding is reasonably tight. On the spine there is a half circle crease about 1 3/4 inches that covers most of the title. However, the title is easily read. The work introduces readers to the presidents of the Philippines -from Emilio Aguinaldo to Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo providing information and insights about their challenges and achievements. Available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box.
