The rear panel is lightly rubbed with a tear which has been repaired with scotch tape & there is a short tear to the bottom edge of the front panel. 371 pages plus colophon. The front endpaper is lacking & there is minor soiling to the half-title. Profusely illustrated in color & black & white. Very good in a good dust wrapper. The text, which focuses on the work of Malevich, is in German.

He participated in several group exhibitions in St. Petersburg and Paris, before travelling to Germany in 1927, where he visited the Bauhaus in Dessau.
