Paperback. Condizione: Very Good. Very Good, internally clean, solid paperback. 134 pages, many black and white illustrations. The Cupola House, due to be torn down, was one of the first houses in North Carolina to see a volunteer effort for preservation. It was preserved and stands today in downtown Edenton but much of its internal woodwork had been stripped and sold to the Brooklyn Museum.

The authors state that their purpose is to "provide a comprehensive documentation and comparative study of the presently known examples of this regionally characteristic southern furniture group." This book remains the definitive work on the subject. The book is in very good to near-fine condition: clean and bright; possibly unread. There is some fading along the spine and top edge of the front cover. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Book.
