Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Very Good. 1st Edition. The book is 10 3/4 in. across. The cover has black cloth. The photographs are b/w and grouped by the topics of work, play, portraits, and events, from the 1860's to the 1960's. The margins of seven pages are mottled with light gray spots that appear to be printer's ink. The bottom corners of the first and last page each have linear, faint pink stains. The DJ's back panel has a V-shaped, 1 12 in. dent line, and the lamination is a little dulled from shelf wear rubbing. Scans e-mailed upon request. Signed by the Authors.
