Hardcover. Condizione: Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Poor. 1st Edition. Good/poor, used, 1st printing, green colored cloth binding with gilt text to spine, 192pp. Interior clean, no marks, binding tight. Dust jacket is worn and torn, large chip at the head of the spine, m small chip at the bottom edge of the upper near fore-corner, tears to edges and at corners, dj is not price-clipped.

Cream colour illustrated upper board, with beige cloth backstrip. Charming colourful illustrations throughout. Extremities bumped and rubbed, boards a little grubby and shelf worn. Small pen dedication to front pastedown. Small portion torn off from top corner of front page. Occasional small stain and grubby mark but o/w this is a lovely copy. VG-.

Dorothy B. Marsh was Director of Foods and Cookery, Good Housekeeping Institute and edited the cookbook.
