It COULD be a First Edition, but as a book, it's in such bad shape that it would have little value as such. What it DOES have is over sixty TIPPED IN masterpieces by various artists throughout the ages. The pages up through page 57 are already loose from the binding. There's a Table of Contents to lead you to the various masterpieces and each masterpiece is accompanied by a description giving : the title, the artist, where the original painting is/(was) and the Bible verses that provided the inspiration for the work.
