This study explored the relationshipof personality preferences and self-efficacy to thestrategies of home-based entrepreneurs. As a result,a betterunderstanding of the personal dynamics ofentrepreneurial strategies creates the opportunityfor more effective management of home-based businesses which are a critical componentof today sglobal marketplace.
