All items carefully wrapped and sent boxed.

Mayer was born at Raab, Hungary in 1839 and studied in Vienna and Munich, a pupil of Piloty, painting several illustrations for Goethe works, in 1880 became Director of the Art School at Stuttgart. c1891.
