This copy has been dedicated by the editor to The Baroness Ravensdale with best wishes - almost certainly Irene Curzon (1896-1966), who was made a CBE for her work in support of Save the Children. Includes a newspaper clipping reporting a speech by Clement Attlee to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association in Canberra, in which he argues that insistence on the absolute right of sovereign power leads to anarchy.
