Some external wear and scuffed areas with some fairly minor chipping to the spine head, some surface wear to front joint but cover very secure, text block firm, pages clean with some expected age-toning, no names or other markings, map very good with about a 3" closed tear where it is connected to the book, affecting only the legend area of the 13 colonies map, no paper loss. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
