They were first published in the Catalina Islander, Judge Ernest Windle, proprietor. Judge Windle wrote the tribute to Potter which appears on pp. 710. Rare. Black and white photos showing members of the Tuna Club, catches of large tuna, white sea bass, black sea bass, marlin, dolphin, broadbill swordfish, and a photo of the Red Button Cup. The text is comprised of articles and essays published by the Tuna Club and the Southern California Rod and Reel Club, and other fisherman. "Three Six" refers to use of light tackle rather than the winch-and-haul tackle which was in common use at the time. A rare monograph. The book is bound in the original blue cloth with Catalina Club logo in gilt on the front cover. A clean, very good book.
