Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. First Edition. Octavo, 127pp., blue clothbacked boards, small spot on top cover Quite humorous. In addition to a parody of Poe's "The Raven" (i.e. A Chicago Night's Entertainment), there's a remarkable shape poem in "When Wifie Drives," an ode to Spanish Influenza, and ends with several on Christmas topics. The full-page illustrations are notable but quite different from Frank King's later work in the classic Chicago Tribune cartoon, "Gasoline Alley". 10 sketches by Frank King, the cartoonist (illustratore).
