Condition is Fine: exceptionally clean & crisp, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white & completely unmarked. Just a tad of bumping to outer corners. The unclipped DJ is colored bright green/black/yellow/white & is in Near Fine condition, with very mild rubbing to extremities; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free.
