Soft cover. Condizione: Fine. First issue of Blair Jackson's Grateful Dead fanzine. Slightest toning to pages, very faintest fading to lower edge of the front cover. Near fine. 32pp inclusive of covers. 10.75 x 8.5". Jackson explains that after the publication of his recent critical history, "The Music Never Stopped", he "got so much provocative, unsolicited feedback from Deadheads who'd read my book that I decided it would be fun and interesting to create an outlet for the dissemination of info about the Dead and for communications from Deadheads". With feedback, "news and rumor control", photos, material on the Grateful Dead's covers that Jackson had been unable to fit into his book, shows and set lists from the previous year, "fun stuff", and a space inside the rear cover for listing tapes for trade, but never for sale.

Beatty , Frederick Valentine, Jonah Hollensworth, Jacob Valentine, Joshua Crutchfield, Nathan Coahand, David Hoffman, John Graham, Gaberi Wilkins, Jacob Balsell, Robert Larrimer. The trustees of the auction expenses are listed as William McMahon (Register of Wills), Josiah Beall, and Robert Sinclair (Sheriff). All three signed the document.
