With colorful paper over boards, this 12mo (6.00" x 7.50") is in Fair condition: quite clean with the occasional small smudge, unmarked save for former owner's name in neat pen to top of ffep & old gift inscription dated 1928 to half-title page. One page has a short unclosed tear ascending from bottom edge (photo 3). Map endpapers, hinges secure, binding strong & straight.
