Todo este trabajo de investigación se realiza por fases para alcanzar los objetivos mencionados. En primer lugar, se utilizan los fasores de tensión para desarrollar el modelo TLOD. En segundo lugar, se utilizan los fasores de corriente para resolver el problema de detección de interrupciones en la línea de transmisión (TLOD). También se valida por primera vez la detección de cortes en líneas paralelas utilizando algoritmos basados en fasores de corriente. La eficacia y viabilidad de los algoritmos TLOD propuestos se han comprobado en diferentes sistemas de prueba de referencia IEEE en el entorno MATLAB. El rendimiento de los modelos TLOD propuestos se ha evaluado calculando la precisión de detección (DA).
