Die Bilder des indischen Fernerkundungssatelliten Cartosat-1 sind die grundlegenden Fernerkundungsdaten, die für die Kartierung der Panchayats verwendet wurden. Die räumliche Auflösung beträgt 2,5 m und eignet sich daher für eine Kartierung im Maßstab 1:10.000. Die ergänzenden Daten wurden aus den Vermögensverzeichnissen der Panchayats und dem Handbuch der Bezirkszählung entnommen. Die Lage verschiedener natürlicher und vom Menschen geschaffener Ressourcen wurde mit Hilfe von Karten und Global Positioning System erfasst. Die Kartierung und Erstellung der Geodatenbank erfolgte mit der Software Arc GIS. Die Geovisualisierung der Geodatenbank wurde durch die Entwicklung von Desktop-Anwendungen durchgeführt. Les résultats du projet serviront de système de soutien à la gouvernance électronique au niveau local… et de base pour la planification des activités de développement par divers départements et organisations. Le PRIS est conçu pour identifier et cartographier les ressources locales dans l'espace et comprendre les problèmes et les potentialités de chaque ressource. Les images du satellite de télédétection indien Cartosat-1 sont les données de télédétection de base qui ont été utilisées pour cartographier les panchayats. La résolution spatiale est de 2,5 m et permet donc une cartographie à l'échelle 1:10 000. Les données collatérales utilisées ont été collectées à partir des registres d'actifs des panchayats et du manuel de recensement des districts. La localisation des différentes ressources naturelles et artificielles a été collectée à l'aide de cartes et du Global Positioning System. La cartographie et la création de la base de données géographiques ont été réalisées à l'aide du logiciel Arc GIS. La géovisualisation de la base de données géographiques a été réalisée en développant des applications de bureau. Les applications de bureau ont été développées en utilisant le logiciel SIG open source Map Window.

O Cartosat de Satélite de Detecção Remota Indiano - 1 imagens são os dados básicos de detecção remota que têm sido utilizados para o mapeamento dos panchayats. A resolução espacial é de 2,5 m e, por conseguinte, passível de ser utilizada para o mapeamento à escala 1:10.000. Os dados colaterais utilizados foram recolhidos dos registos de bens panchayat e do manual de recenseamento distrital. A localização de vários recursos naturais e artificiais foi recolhida com a ajuda de mapas e do Sistema de Posicionamento Global. A cartografia e criação de geo-base de dados foi feita utilizando o software Arc GIS. A geo-visualização da geo-base de dados foi feita através do desenvolvimento de aplicações desktop.
