His address is 17 East 42nd Street, NY, 17, NY, and this flyer appears from text to be a post ww2 ad for his lecture services and sales of "the treasures of China which came onto the American market during the years when American collectors were engaged in winning the peace." Dr. and Mrs Nott take great pleasure in inviting "a discerning Chinese art buying public" to an "exhibition in their suite at the above address." "Illustrated by one hundred and eighteen full page halftone plates reproduced from original photographs: together with one hundred and twenty-three line engravings, made specially for the work by Mrs. Stanley Charles Nott from selected world famous Chinese jades. THIS COPY RETAINS THE ORIGINAL DUST JACKET [price clipped at lower left corner of front flap, new priced of $75 stamped on middle of flap between text of jacket blurb; sadly a 2 sq inch piece is missing from bottom back, slight chipping to the lower bottom spine and front cover edge below the printed titles, one inch tear to top front that just reaches the J in Jades is not taped but is repairable, as is all jacket material is present; now jacket is in plastic. Tucked in is a small 4to 4 page card advertisement of "The Chinese Culture Study Group of the Palm Beaches", promising "The Truth About China and the Chinese" In a series of stereopticon lectures, will unfold further the "see all, hear all" programme of China and the Chinese, to which he has not addded to the film coverage of China sponsored by The Chinese Culture Study Group of the Palm Beaches."
