No Binding. Condizione: Poor. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Medicine. First edition, CR 1819. LACKING covers and front endpapers, but has most of the original leather spine with the chipped title. First ten pages (including the title page) lost the bottom corner, and the next 5 sheets have corner folds that are starting to split off,…all involving text. Other sheets have smaller corner folds holding on, not involving text. Rear of book has the complete index, and the errata sheet, with two more blank endpapers. The verso of the title page has a partial signature "Merlin" under the copyright statement that may or may not be the author signature. Very rare imprint, binding copy.
