Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. 1st Edition. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. Inscribed and signed to Captain Billoon and his wife on the front end page. DJ shows some chipping and tears, with the largest chip at the top right of the rear boar and the dust jacket has been housed in an older style protective sleeve. Tan cloth boards underneath shows some spotting along the top edge and there is a faint indentation at the bottom of the rear board. The interior binding is good, no hinge issues. No other handwriting than that from the author, no bookplates, no library markings, nothing torn or loose. The rear end page and pastedown does show some spotting and foxing. Stated first edition on the copyright page. Signed by Author(s).
