The film was given an X Certificate rating, meaning no admission to anyone under 16. Based on a play by Michel Andre, about 2 couples in the wo…ods, romance between spouses, gangsters. Starring coquettish Dany Robin and directed by Vernay, who's directorial credits reach back to the 40s, including a version of "The Count of Monte Cristo." The film is available internationally, but overall seems largely lost.ÂFive double-weight, one single-weight (press photo), all b/w, all 8x10 inches, white borders. Collation: M1, M5, M9 (press photo w/ film credits mimeo on the verso, no credits on recto), M10, M12, M14. Very Good overall, all w/ light curling, foxing, toning.
