And inscribed at chapter contribution "For Phil - With Best wishes For Many Fine Trout Caught on Nymphs! Chuck Fothergill Aspen 6/29/81". Nymphs are the most versatile imitations in anyone's fly box. Here is a treasury of nymphing lore and tying advice from many renowned fishermen, including: Al McClane, Frank Sawyer, V. S. The contributors address such topics as: The naturals' life cycles, the best imitations, reading water, special casts, nymphs for bass, bluegill, and other fish, and with a chapter on Advanced Nymphing Techniques by Chuck Fothergill. No other book combines such a variety of techniques from so many accomplished fishermen. (7 x 10, 272 pages, b&w photos, illustrations. J.
