In the second step of the Delphi technique, a study of the impact of the factors on each other, and on Management of regional development in Iran, was made using the cross-impact method. In the final step, the effective factors contributing to Management of regional development in Iran were studied using analytical techniques and Micmac software. After analyzing the impact rate of the effective factors on regional imbalances, the key factors were identified and, finally, solutions to reduce the regional imbalances in Iran were proposed. 52 pp. Englisch.

In dieser Stu…die wurden Daten mit Hilfe von Dokumentations- und Erhebungsmethoden sowie Delphi-Techniken gesammelt und die Analyse wurde durch die Kombination qualitativer und quantitativer Modelle durchgeführt. Im zweiten Schritt der Delphi-Technik wurde eine Untersuchung der Auswirkungen der Faktoren aufeinander und auf das Management der regionalen Entwicklung im Iran mit Hilfe der Cross-Impact-Methode durchgeführt. Im letzten Schritt wurden die effektiven Faktoren, die zum Management der regionalen Entwicklung im Iran beitragen, mit Hilfe von Analysetechniken und der Micmac-Software untersucht. Nach der Analyse der Auswirkungsrate der effektiven Faktoren auf die regionalen Ungleichgewichte wurden die Schlüsselfaktoren identifiziert und schließlich Lösungen zur Reduzierung der regionalen Ungleichgewichte im Iran vorgeschlagen.
