Specimens collected from these areas were analysed using Rapid Amplified Polymorphic DNA -Polymerase Chain Reaction(RAPD-PCR). RAPD-PCR was performed using 30 random primers. Population of each site investigated showed a characteristic diagnostic DNA bands. Furthermore, of P. orientalis showed different level of diversity at RAPD loci.
