I conflitti più o meno latenti e che hanno accompagnato questo processo di pianificazione ad Aveiro suggeriscono che la conoscenza e la sua co-produzione rimangono un tema 'minore' e un nodo chiave ancora da sciogliere per poter pensare in modo integrato la transizione verso la sostenibilità non solo nella fase di costruzione delle strategie ma durante tutto il processo di implementazione delle politiche urbane.
