Leather-bound. Condizione: Very Good. 4to. (10.5 in. x 7.75 in.) Olive-green morocco with elaborate gilt borders and floriated frames to front and rear boards. Five raised bands (six compartments) with contrasting gilt-embossed title on spine label, to second compartment. All edges gilt and inner dentelles and gilt roll turn-ins. Rubbing to extremities, minor scuffs and superficial gouges to leather. Lovely illustrations by London-based painter Daniel Maclise.
