Aggiungi al carrelloWhite Cover Shows Minor Soil. Paperback : soft cover edition in good to better condition, a typical used book with slight wear to edges and spine. Overall good / nice copy of this scarce title. Excellent reading on the subject. A good book to enjoy and keep on hand for yourself. Or would make a GREAT GIFT for the fan / reader in… your life. Reading is one of the great pleasures in life. Excerpt from wikipedia: A buy-sell agreement may be thought of as a sort of "premarital agreement" between business partners/shareholders. It is sometimes called a 'business will'. An insured buy-sell agreement (agreement funded with life insurance on the participating owner's lives) is often recommended by business succession specialists and financial planners to ensure the buy-sell arrangement is well-funded and also to guarantee there will be money when the buy-sell event is triggered. In the sale of a business, a buy-sell clause (or Shotgun clause) in a shareholder agreement preserves continuity of ownership in the business and ensures that everyone is fairly treated, the buyer as well as the seller. It is a binding contract between business partners or shareholders about the future ownership of the business. A buy-sell agreement is made up of several legally binding clauses in a business partnership or operating agreement (or it can be a separate agreement that stands on its own) that can control the following business decisions: * Who can buy a departing partner's or shareholder's share of the business (this may include outsiders or be limited to other partners/shareholders); * What events will trigger a buyout, (the most common events that trigger a buyout are: death, disability, retirement, or an owner leaving the company) and; * What price will be paid for a partner's or shareholder's interest in the partnership and so on. Buy-sell agreement can be in the form of a cross-purchase plan or a repurchase (entity or stock-redemption) plan. For greater neutrality and effectiveness of the buy-sell arrangement, the service of a corporate trustee is recommended. Please send us a note if you have any questions. Thank you. Paperback. Condizione: new. Paperback. The Quicksilver Winnng Strategy is 64 pages of text (with other pages of drawings and appendices) by Jeffrey Alan Morey, a Japanese American writer, who triumphed over childhood verbal abuse to become a successful accountant and a philosopher of the human condition. His fascination with che…ss and its symbolism, as well as his own winning techniques for the game of life, resulted in a unique approach to this self-help book, 45 years in the making. Written as free verse, his literary tales, like poetic short stories with unique characters, help a reader to recognize, among other games, politicians' misleading promises, bosses' manipulations, biased news reporting, and false friends; so that one can find one's way through life's confusing labyrinth and discover one's own unique truth. After digesting this book's multiple layers of symbolism, a reader will be more immune to smokescreens and competitive maneuvers of those they encounter in the daily "chess strategies" of the workplace and relationships. In the end, one is more prepared to love and to forgive injustice, as a real survivor - Just like the author. This item is printed on demand.
