A favorite of aristocratic patrons, he engraved many masterpieces for wide European distribution.Biography artist: Teodoro Matteini (1753-1831) was an Italian painter and draughtsman active in Venice and Florence, known for his academic and religious compositions. Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519) was a Renaissance master celebrated for his innovation in painting, science, and engineering. Condition: good, given age. Trimmed. Small tear at bottom right margin and some surface paper damage with a small tear, backed. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
