Some chips and a some loss to the d/j spine as to be expected with these fragile glassine wraps. This copy also includes a 19 pp stapled 'Supplement to the book covering the 1st January 1967 to the 31st March 1974. (a few small brown stains to the cover of the supplement, but VG inside).
