The text is wholly unmarked, pristine: no writing, notes, marks, or highlighting of any kind. The last half of the volume's pages evince a moisture-induced wrinkle, though there is no damp-staining of the pages, nor is there any musty smell. There is, however, a bit of damp-staining to the rear endpapers. Pages are still quite supple to the hand. Discoloration as from age and wear to the light blue cloth binding, though the gilt lettering of the spine is still quite bright and fresh in appearance.
