William Moss was born Odessa, Texas in 1920. He has acted in Hollywood films, founded a television production company, helmed The Petroleum corporation and William Moss Oil corp., served on the Board of Trustees and several other committees at American University, and, among numerous other political roles, served as chairman of former President George H.
