Au terme de cette recherche, il res…sort qüil existe quelques pistes de réflexions intéressantes sur l¿idée de savoir si le concept d¿extraterritorialité est approprié aux instruments juridiques internationaux régissant la gestion et le transfert des DEEE. En effet si le parallélisme existant entre les droits humains et les déchets ne permet d¿emblée d¿affirmer l¿éventualité d¿une applicabilité extraterritoriale des normes internationales de gestion de DEEE, il convient toutefois de souligner que le droit de l¿environnement est un droit qui évolue. Ce nouveau droit n¿est pas encore un droit juridictionnel même si la Cour européenne des droits de l¿homme a eu à plusieurs reprises à reconnaître indirectement le droit de l¿homme à un environnement sain. Il s¿agit d¿un droit nouveau qui s¿accommode très rapidement certains outils des droits humains afin d¿assurer sa protection pleine et entière.

This new right is not yet a jurisdictional right, even if the European Court of Human Rights has on several occasions indirectly recognized the human right to a healthy environment.
