Seine größten Erfolge feierte er in den Rollen des Hamlet, Oedipus und Orest. 1909 war e…r in dem frühen französischen Film "Der Kuss des Judas" als Jesus zu sehen. Portraits aus der zwei namhaften Pariser Ateliers der Zeit. Chalot (um 1846-1893) war 1879-1894 Mitglied der "Société française de Photographie". Van Bosch (18?-1895) war ein deutscher Photograph mit Atelier in Frankfurt a.M. (ca. 1880-90) und Filiale in Paris (1880-1887), die 1888 von Paul Boyer übernommen wurde.
