Tout au long du livre l'auteur nous convie à nous émerveiller d'une véritable grille de lecture de l'intériorité humaine, la psychologie nucléaire, fruit d'une expérience et d'une expériment…ation de plus de vingt ans. Ce livre nous éclaire notamment sur les comportements cycliques de haine et d'amour de l'homme ainsi que sur une transformation possible de nos êtres. Bernard Montaud naît le 16 février 1951 à Lons-le-Saunier dans le Jura. De santé fragile, il passe la plus grande partie de son enfance dans la solitude de sa chambre. Il est ainsi très tôt face à une certaine expérience intérieure et à une écoute du corps : le sien.Ce rapport avec le corps malade le conduit tout naturellement à entamer des études de kinésithérapie.Dans le même temps, fasciné par la relation d'ordre spirituel que son père entretient avec Jacques Lavier, il étudie le chinois ancien, l'hébreu ancien et les Textes sacrésDiplômé de l'Ecole de kinésithérapie de Lyon en 1975, il ouvre un cabinet à Vienne, en Isère. Passionné par le corps et insatisfait des méthodes classiques, il se forme à l'ostéopathie auprès de Françoise Mézières et sa méthode alors révolutionnaire à l'époque. Par la suite, il obtiendra aussi en Allemagne un diplôme de Heil Praticker. En 1980, dans son cabinet d'ostéopathe, il découvre chez ses patients l'existence de mouvements involontaires et conscients, qu'il appellera « lapsus corporels » et qui seront à l'origine de la Psychanalyse Corporelle® , une technique d'investigation du passé basée sur la mémoire du corps dont il est le fondateur.Poursuivant sa quête intérieure, il crée en 1983 l'association Artas qui se définit comme une voie spirituelle dans l'ordinaire, quand spirituel veut dire « apprendre à passer du pire de soi au meilleur de soi ». En 1985, sa rencontre avec Gitta Mallasz ? auteur du livre Dialogues avec l'ange ? va bouleverser sa vie. Comme il le dit lui-même, il a tout de suite su qu'il avait passé sa vie à la chercher ! Que toutes les rencontres spirituelles qu'il avait faites auparavant l'avaient préparé à cette rencontre décisive. Il n'aura alors de cesse de suivre son enseignement, et de l'accompagner partout en organisant pour elle des conférences dans toute l'Europe. En 1988, suite à un accident de voiture, Gitta vient vivre auprès de Bernard Montaud et de son épouse. Elle y restera jusqu'à sa mort en 1992. C'est elle qui incitera Bernard à écrire son expérience. Ainsi paraît en 1990 son premier ouvrage César l'éclaireur (éditions Dervy) qui sera suivi de nombreux autres. Mise à jour du Samedi 27 Juin 2026.
