The metathesis fuels were tested regarding interactions with other fuel components and engine oil. Additionally, the material compatibility was in focus. Corrosion effects on copper were within the specification for diesel fuel. Exhaust gas emissions from 20%-blends as well as mutagenicity showed no significant deviations versus diesel fuel.In the result, no significant disadvantages for metathesis fuels were found. Dies gilt mit wieder besonderen Bedingungen auch für die Landwirtschaft.In all diesen Bereichen sind nachhaltige Kraftstoffe und Energieträger nötig, wobei gerade für die Langstreckenmobilität die hohe Energie- und Leistungsdichte eine wichtige Randbedingung darstellt. Dies können alternative Kraftstoffe von Biodiesel, Bioethanol und HVO über verschiedene eFuels bis hin zu Wasserstoff und Wasserstoff-Trägern sein.Ein besonderes Thema sind Anwendungen für kritische Infrastrukturen, bei denen berücksichtigt werden muss, dass die Energieträger auch lange gelagert werden müssen, um dann beispielsweise in Notstromaggregaten sehr verlässlich einen sofortigen Betriebsstart zu ermöglichen.Weiterhin geht es um die Herstellung von Kraftstoffen der Zukunft, beispielsweise von Biokraftstoffen inklusive der Limitierung der Ressourcen; es geht um Forschung fürabfallbasierte Herstellungswege und die Forschung und Entwicklung der eFuel Herstellung.Forschungsfragen und -lösungen werden weiterhin im Bereich der Kraftstoffforschung und Digitalisierung und über neuartige methodische Ansätze zur Verbindung von Simulation und Experimente diskutiert.Der Tagungsband gibt somit einen guten und aktuellen Überblick über Anforderungen und Entwicklungen für alternative Kraftstoffe wieder 142 pp. Deutsch.

Im Gegensatz dazu fanden Blassnegger et al. im Jahr 2009 bei Untersuchungen eines Schleppermotors keine erhöhte Mutagenität bei der Verbrennung von RÖ im Vergleich zu DK. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es, zu ermitteln, ob die unterschiedlichen Ergebnisse durch die unterschiedlichen Probenahmesysteme oder durch die unterschiedlichen Motoren hervorgerufen wurden. Bei den Untersuchungen wurde festgestellt, dass die unterschiedlichen Ergebnisse im Wesentlichen auf die Verwendung von verschiedenen Motoren zurückzuführen sind, es wurden aber auch Unterschiede zwischen den verwendeten Probenahmesystemen festgestellt. Durch die kreuzweise Untersuchung aller Proben wurde festgestellt, dass die Ergebnisse der unterschiedlichen Labore gut korrelieren. 74 pp. Deutsch.

Durch die Variation von Katalysatoren und des Verhältnisses von Biodiesel zu 1-Hexen wurden sehr unterschiedliche Produkte erze…ugt. Einige davon waren als 20%-Blend in Dieselkraftstoff über die Siedelinie kaum noch von diesem zu unterscheiden.Mit den Metatheseprodukten erfolgten Wechselwirkungsuntersuchungen mit anderen Kraftstoffen und Motorölen.Zusätzlich wurde die Materialverträglichkeit an zwei Polymeren getestet. Es ließen sich keine deutlichen Nachteile für die Metathesekraftstoffe feststellen. Auch die Korrosionswirkung auf Kupfer lag im Rahmen der aktuellen Dieselkraftstoffnorm.Untersuchungen des Emissions- und Brennverhaltens sowie der Mutagenität zeigten für 20%-Blends keine Auffälligkeiten gegenüber Dieselkraftstoff.Zusammenfassend erwiesen sich die Metathesekraftstoffe für die motorische Verbrennung als geeignet. 132 pp. Deutsch.
