L'obiettivo generale di questo lavoro è stato quello di analizzare come si sviluppa la gestione dei benefici attraverso una buona politica di ricompense presso Nordeste Gás, a Teresina Piauí. Si tratta di un caso di studio esplorativo e descrittivo in cui è stato somministrato un questionario quantitativo a 30 dipendenti, che rappresentano il 100% della forza lavoro dell'organizzazione, ed è stata condotta un'intervista qualitativa con il responsabile delle risorse.
