Else, very clean, binding strong & straight, hinges secure. Pages off-white with mild tanning, but completely unmarked. The unclipped DJ is just Fair: front flap is completely detached & blue ink stains most of the black cover. Small area of sticker pull to front outer-upper corner, pen coloring through letters in front title. But the image is colorful & bright it will looks great protected in new clear mylar cover!
