This ships in a protective archival sleeve. Vintage large-format sheet music in operatic edition format, featuring a sepia-toned photographic cover image of Art Landry and His Call of the North Orchestra framed within ornate Jazz Age decorative borders. The design captures the transitional period between late ragtime-era publishing aesthetics and the emerging dance-band culture of the early 1920s. Condition is Very Good. Covers retain strong color and display appeal with moderate edgewear, small chips and short tears at extremities, corner creasing, and general handling wear consistent with age. Interior pages remain complete and generally clean with no major markings or losses noted. Rear cover features period advertising for 'Beside a Babbling Brook' by Gus Kahn and Walter Donaldson within an elaborate Art Nouveau-style decorative border. An attractive and well-preserved example of early American popular-music ephemera. First and only printing as issued in 1922, confirmed by the original copyright statement and publisher imprint. The association with Art Landry and His Call of the North Orchestra adds regional dance-band interest. Ted Koehler (1894-1973) would later become famous as one of the great lyricists of the American Songbook, collaborating with Harold Arlen on classics including 'Stormy Weather' and 'I've Got the World on a String.' Jerome H. Remick & Co. was among the dominant American sheet-music publishers of the early twentieth century, helping shape Tin Pan Alley's national reach.
