Condizione: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Lawsonia intracellularis ist der Erreger der porzinen proliferativen Enteropathie, die beim Schwein weltweit vorkommt und mit erheblichen wirtschaftlichen Einbußen einhergeht. Der Nachweis der Infektion erfolgt üblicherweise mittels ELI…SA und in letzter Zeit zunehmend auch mit PCR Verfahren. Bei der Interpretation der Ergebnisse ergeben sich aber häufig Unsicherheiten, da ein möglicher Einfluss der Impfung mit Enterisol® Ileitis resp. einer Behandlung mit Tylosin auf die Diagnostik bisher nicht untersucht und damit auch nicht auszuschließen war.Dieses Buch beschreibt eine Untersuchung, die mit dem Ziel durchgeführt wurde, den Einfluss der genannten Bekämpfungsmaßnahmen auf die Diagnostik zu bewerten. Ein Einfluss der Behandlungsmaßnahmen auf die Erregerausscheidung konnte mittels multiplex PCR ausschließlich nach Verabreichung von Tylosin festgestellt werden. Die Impfung von Schweinen nimmt dagegen keinen nachweislichen Einfluss auf die Diagnostik. Ein wiederholter Nachweis von Lawsonia intracellularis bei unbehandelten und geimpften Tieren kann daher als Hinweis auf das Vorliegen einer porzinen proliferativen Enteropathie bewertet werden.
