Volume housed in dark blue paper-covered slipcase. --- A generally well-preserved copy, though with light scuffing, chips & tears to leatherette at spine, a few markings within the text and at endpapers, and prior owner's bookplate affixed to front paste-down. A weakened front hinge has been repaired on this item. Slipcase with numerous tears along joints, but mostly intact and able to protect the book.; Octavo - 8 to 9 in. tall; xviii, 778 pages.
