The dust wrapper is in fine condition with just a touch of age-toning and time-wear to be seen if one looks very closely - - with the wrapper now protected in a mylar cover. This is a beautiful copy of a beautiful book - - which was an early example of the Sierra Club?s ?Exhibit Format Series? which really was a pioneering design that led the way in bringing the ?coffee table? books featuring photography text into use. This title features the photography of Sierra Clubber Cedrick Wright with accompanying short pieces of ?mountain philosophy? to together produce an engaging and uplifting collage of words and pictures to champion the natural world.
